I am a native of Georgia and dad of three great kids. I love early morning cloud gazing, hiking trails, mountains, writing, and great coffee! My passions are in exploring internal and external truths about the world we live in, teaching, history, and personal finance. (And No, I do not have a pocket-protector!)

I am or have been involved with Boy Scouts, US Army Infantry, Logistics, Church; Avid fans of The Dave Ramsey Show, Michael Hyatt, and Dan Miller. Authors currently on my night stand: David Banner, Peter Kyne, Dr. Meg Meeker, Dr. Caroline Leaf, and John Eldridge (its a big night stand!)

Life has dealt a tough hand to many of us; I am no different. A once single dad of three, now newly married, a mortgage, and life all happening at the speed of chaos!
